A Choice of Technical and Support Services

Whether your IT system is a traditional on-premise setup, a hybrid system with parts of it hosted, or it’s fully cloud based, we have a support option for you.

If you have a hosted desktop system, support of the hosted elements is included within your monthly subscription. For issues with end user devices or office based hardware and software you’ll need a separate support plan. For this there are two options.

Binary Bank Proactive Care remotely monitors your system using Real Time Monitoring and in most cases allows us to resolve issues before they become disruptive. The majority of support requests are resolved remotely, and with remote assistance right down to your desktop you’ll find the whole process easier and faster than helpdesk telephone support.

Then there’s Pre-Paid Support that allows you to raise issues with our technical experts as and when required. Quite simply you pre-pay for a bank of hours and call them off as you need them and you’ll receive priority support over ad hoc requests.
